Returns & Refunds

PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE AND RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Items purchased on sale, discounted with a coupon/ Promotional Code, or final sale are not eligible for refund.

The following items are NON-RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE (No Exceptions).

  • All items purchased on sale.

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories

  • Personalised bracelets

  • Any item that may have been worn or carries an odor ( Odors such as perfume, body odor, smoke)

YOU MUST CONTACT US TO RETURN GOODS

All items are quality checked over before leaving us, however if by chance your items come damaged in the post you have to report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product along with images of the damaged product you received so the item can be up for review to see if a refund is viable.

  • If you wish to return an item you must request a return. Here you will be stating why you are returning the product. If the reason is genuine, you will then have 14 days to return the item from the day it was delivered, if the item has been worn or broken by your own fault there will be no refunds or returns.

  • We are not responsible for the costs of postage when you wish to return an item. Hence if you wish to return an item you then must pay any postage costs.

  • If you choose to send the product back to us by standard post please note we are not liable if the package goes missing through post. Hence we are not liable to return any money for a product we did not receive back due to it going missing in standard post. When returning a product we recommend registering with An Post to avoid the package going missing insuring you will get your refund and as you also will have a tracking number.

  • If you have removed any packaging from an item you will not be liable for a return or refund under no exceptions.

Return’s Policy Ireland, UK, USA & Worldwide

Please note that all Returns must be received within 28 days of delivery  of item with ALL original packaging. Items with missing packaging will not be accepted.

Example:  you received your item on July 1st, the item must arrive to us July 28th or a credit is issued. We welcome exchanges. Please contact us if you feel you have a valid return reason and we can gladly accommodate you.

REFUNDS

If items have been worn and broken by your own fault you will not be viable for a refund. All items will be checked and reviewed before a refund is made. Once everything is in perfect condition you will then receive your refund within 5 - 21 working days. All products must be returned in the packaging provided and in the same condition you received them.

If you request a refund you will only receive the amount you paid for the item, no refunds on postage and packaging.
